- Initial drafts or concepts have been shared
- Work has begun based on your requirements
- Revisions or modifications have been made

You may request a full refund only if:

- No concepts, drafts, or deliverables have been provided
Revisions Instead of Refunds
We are committed to client satisfaction and offer revisions based on the selected plan. If you are not satisfied with the initial result, we encourage you to use the included revision rounds to refine the outcome.
Project Delays
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by:
- Lack of response or feedback from the client
- Incomplete or unclear project requirements
- External factors beyond our control
If delays are caused solely by us and significantly impact delivery, we may offer partial compensation at our discretion.
Custom and Premium Work
For custom packages, premium services, or large-scale projects, payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We encourage you to reach out to resolve any issue before taking such action. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks.
Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
